Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Please contact us if you are requiring expedited shipping as there may be additional shipping costs.
Shipping time begins after processing is complete and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping carrier transit times are separate from processing times and are not guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of our products, all Mystery Boxes, and custom-curated items are final sale. These items are made to order and curated specifically for each customer, which means we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these products.
Requests for specific colors, themes, or preferences are welcomed, but cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify an order for a return or refund.
What if my item is damaged?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 shopbabbleandco@gmail.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Issues reported outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
Can I exchange for a different item?
