Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders may not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are currently $10 for purchases up to $54.99 & free shipping on purchases over $55.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Please contact us if you are requiring expedited shipping as there may be additional shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Shipping time begins after processing is complete and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping carrier transit times are separate from processing times and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Important Shipping Notes
- Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing times may be extended.
- Address accuracy is the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
